The cruise ship stopped in Inverness. We had several options for tours, and elected to take a bus to Dunrobin Castle. When you see the pictures, you will know why. This castle, still owned and lived in by the Earl of Sutherland, allows tours of the grounds and the first floor of the castle.
On the way to the castle, we stopped at a village for lunch and had the chance to visit another 800 year old cathedral, which was a surprise on the inside. But the most fascinating part of the day was an outstanding falconry exhibition. What a fun day, especially for this photographer.
