Apart from the castle and the lake, there were no “sights” to see at Lake Garda. So we were free, camera in hand, to just stroll and enjoy the town, slipping down to the marina to catch the sunrise, sitting at an outdoor cafe watching life go by, or strolling the streets in the evening, a rite that Italians call passeggiata. Here is what that looks like. It doesn’t get much better than this.
