Mykonos, Greece

There is very little need for fancy descriptions here. Any Internet search will tell you that Mykonos is a charming little Greek island “primarily known for its summer party atmosphere.” The weather in September was gorgeous, as you can see, and this was the one place we donned our swimsuits and waded out into the Mediterranean. Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me to show Ellen being saved by the handsome hunk lifeguard after a wave bowled her over.

Iconic windmills, whitewashed buildings and three giant pelican mascots (not sure if this one is Irene, Petros or Nikolas) pretty much summarize this delightful port city.
